Setting a rate here automatically updates the price ((Weight ÷ 10) × Rate) of every product in that category, unless a product has its own custom price override set on its listing. Click the pencil next to any category to update its rate any time — every category you add here (Gold, Silver, or anything else) automatically appears in the Category dropdown when adding a product.

Images are automatically compressed before saving. The first image is used as the cover photo.

New orders start as Pending. Update the status from the table below as the order moves along.

The customer sees this in their Inbox on the storefront (envelope icon in the header) — updates live if they're already browsing.
